How encouraging it was to have such a good turnout for our recent Open Day! We welcomed both new and existing parents, as well as the children’s siblings – turning the event into a fun family day.
Teachers showcased classroom activities, learning materials and the children’s work. It was an eye- opener for some of the parents, who hadn’t realised how much their children had learned!
Throughout the year there are ongoing assessments, focussing on important elements such as the child’s developmental milestones, social skills, early literacy and numeracy, and emotional awareness.
The children’s progress is pleasing, with steady growth in key development areas. Many of them also enjoy ballet classes and are growing in balance, coordination and confidence.
