King Edward School 1st Rugby Team has heart
A big shout out to the KES 1st rugby team, who put the power of sport to work to help our kids.
Under the ‘Red Recovery for Lives’ Campaign, the boys raised a substantial amount of money, which they donated to The Johannesburg Children’s Home to help upgrade our agricultural equipment, expand our food garden and plant more crops. Since the garden provides the bulk of all fresh produce required at the Home, it’s a massive help.
On top of that, the boys also rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in – digging, planting mulching and raking. They also spent time interacting with our children. THANK YOU!
