Please note that we do not collect credit card details on this website. If you choose to make a donation or payment using your credit card, you will be transferred to our secure payment gateway, Payfast, to input card details.

If you submit a review, recommendation, endorsement, query or other User Generated Content through other websites including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other similar channels, we may share that review, recommendation, endorsement or content publicly on our website.

How we use your personal information

The Johannesburg Children’s Home uses the personal information described above for any of the following purposes:

  • to process your donation, application, entry, etc;
  • to send receipts/confirmation of your payments;
  • to respond to requests for information;
  • to issue refunds;

We may provide access to your personal information to employees of Johannesburg Children’s Home, our consultants and other businesses or persons involved in processing donations, providing services requested or compiling communications. Donations/Refunds

Credit card details are not collected or stored on our website. All online credit card transactions are processed by Payfast.

Should you wish for any reason to cancel or reverse your online donation, kindly notify us within 7 days in writing by emailing pr@jch.org.za. We will gladly refund your payment (less bank charges).
